About Phil Braun
Phil Braun has worked with Quality and Supply Chain management fields for approximately 30 years in various industries. He was Operations and Quality Manager for aerospace/defense programs for General Dynamics in the early 90’s. His passion for Lean Operations and SPC drove him to earn a MBA and is a Deming Scholar. Phil worked as an Executive Consultant for companies like Xerox and Beth Israel Hospital designing and executing company wide Quality programs. In early 2000, Phil was a Global Quality Director for Cabot Corporation executing Lean programs in manufacturing and laboratory efficiency. For the last 14 years Phil has worked with Doe & Ingalls in leading various Operations, Supply Chain, Distribution Services and Quality functions.
