Tom co-founded Doe & Ingalls in 1986 and served as its President and CEO through 2008. He previously worked in R&D, sales, marketing and business management at J.T. Baker Chemical Co. in various locations in the USA and Europe. Tom earned a B.A. in Biology from Dartmouth College in 1970.
